Yes, don't worry about the speed. Of course, I'm sorry but I cannot guarantee you a 100kb/s download , but it will definately be at least 30kb/s on most downloads, if the server is busy the speed may drop a little more.
Also, I ain't telling about the PSX ISOZ so just wait and watch... bwahahahahahahaha
