One cool thing about AI is that it can recreate people in simulations. Kurt was a gun enthusiast, and a bit enthusiastic about drug experimentation. As a player character build you'd need to use the first perk points as you level up to raise his Intelligence to 7 so he can take take the Chemist perk, and never take Chem Resistant perk or raise his Endurance because he was a bit unhealthy and not resistant to chems. After the Chemist perk raise his Luck to qualify for Better Criticals and Critical Banker perks. Then add Party Boy to celebrate it.

Creating a character in Fallout 4 to recreate Kurt Cobain, the iconic musician, would involve selecting perks and abilities that reflect his personality, skills, and experiences. Here's a character build for recreating him:

    **S.P.E.C.I.A.L Attributes:**
    - Strength: 3 (Kurt was not particularly known for his physical strength)
    - Perception: 5 (He was perceptive, especially in terms of music and culture)
    - Endurance: 3 (He struggled with health issues and addiction)
    - Charisma: 7 (Kurt had a charismatic presence on stage and in interviews)
    - Intelligence: 6 (He was intelligent and creative)
    - Agility: 6 (He was agile and had a dynamic stage presence)
    - Luck: 4 (Luck can represent his unpredictable life and career)

    **Perks and Abilities:**
    1. **Charisma-based perks:**
    - Inspirational: Kurt was influential and inspired many through his music.
    - Party Boy: Reflects his struggles with substance abuse.
    2. **Intelligence-based perks:**
    - Chemist: Reflects his experimentation with drugs.
    - Hacker: Represents his interest in technology and computers.
    3. **Agility-based perks:**
    - Gunslinger: Represents his proficiency with firearms in Fallout 4.
    - Commando: Reflects his ability to handle various weapons effectively.
    4. **Luck-based perks:**
    - Better Criticals: Reflects his unpredictable and sometimes fortunate outcomes.
    - Critical Banker: Allows for saving critical hits for when they're most needed.

I need to play that game more, it's way better than initial release now.

In case people don't know I'm Cuban already, was born in Havana. Left Cuba to immigrate to Madrid in Spain when I was three years old. My father was a Spaniard and had the right to leave that open air prison island dictatorship, by Spanish law the offspring of Spaniards are Spanish citizens, as a birthright they can return to Spain no matter what country they are born in. I'm more American than anything else because I came to the US when I was five years old. I think and dream in English, there's nothing Spanish about me besides ancestry. And I am a US citizen by choice, I could return to Spain. I'm going back to Cuba, Cuba, Cuba. Hell nah, I don't think so...

I was checking myself for Mendelian traits and couldn't figure out why I have one hitchiker's thumb and one regular thumb, after some research it turns out I'm a tetragametic chimera, full-body conjoined with an identical twin with two sets of DNA. If both of us weren't male I'd be a hermaphrodite. This article is about a woman who is both female twins in one, as for me I don't mind never being alone and fully qualified to talk to myself. I can't vouch for her or her identity, however it's part of the reason I have a split personality. Both of me like art and science, one of me is more assertive and we're both introverted not needing anyone else for companionship never feeling lonely. We help one another solve problems, very odd experience and I didn't know why I heard the voice giving me test answers or what it was at first.

You know what's funny? Naughty by Nature documenting the life guard shack storage building with a bus stop in front of it where me and my brother would smoke blunts and drink copious amounts of Mickey's malt liquor and Heineken. Those broken windows were our handiwork throwing empty bottles at it as fastball pitches to see who could hit the target from furthest away, I'd hit them from 40+ yards away and so would he. My guess is Naughty by Nature liked its authentic Miami ghetto broken glass everywhere and the blunt tobacco shavings littering the ground spot to smoke at and drink at too.

It's located in the Wynwood Art District and all about street art, including blunt tobacco shavings in piles and broken beer bottle and windows street art.

Me hanging from that blue life guard shack storage building awning is why it's tilted. I'm the one of the people who tagged that pay phone to sign my artwork. Fishing is mentioned in the lyrics, that's what I was doing there after getting ripped, when the song came out and I saw the video it was surreal and hilarious to me and seemed like they were serenading my chill spot.

Didn't mention the fragmentation grenades inside the trash bin before you cross the bridge or the duffel bag with weapons and ammo next to the statue at the other end of the bridge, nor the fusion core in the mole rat den behind the Red Rocket where you recruit Dogmeat which you'll need at the Museum of Freedom for the power armor without lockpicking or hacking perk to start the mission to clear out Concord. One thing about that power armor, allows you to jump down to the ground level without taking fall damage with a retail store to take cover in front of you, after that clear out the first few raiders with a machete found in the Concord Speakeasy second floor(go there before mission) to not waste ammo, exit the power armor to not waste fusion core battery and go inside the retail store waiting for the deathclaw to kill the raiders then go outside and run back inside the store by suckering it into following you then unload all your ammo into it through the door and windows because it doesn't fit to pass through doors. Alternative is being in a world of pain at the start of the game when deathclaw is much higher level than you and it's best to give it "an express ticket to hell' as Sturges said taking no damage.

On a related note, there is an unmarked location northwest of Bedford Station that's a useful rest stop, a scavenger campsite with a sleeping bag and cooking station that you can find by the music playing over the radio on a table there, it's under a billboard and not hard to find. If it's news to me most likely it's news to others but that article I posted is not "news" to me I have most of the map memorized after over ten years of exploring it.

Another tip is that wherever you see enemies outdoors they will respawn and it's best not to aggro enemies when you can tap VATS button periodically to detect them and circumvent them, memorizing spawn points is a key to Survival Mode and aggroing is not necessary. You can play without taking any damage, there's no permadeath but it makes having to save for anything but the end of a gaming session less immersion breaking.

Been a little cooler than that here. Finally stayed dry long enough for me to get some work done outside.

Nice up here too. Apparently there's a chance of visible aurora borealis overnight. I kinda wanna stay up till 2am to see if I can see anything from inside a major city. Very few things on my bucket list, and seeing aurora borealis is one of them.

The aurora borealis is the most magical thing about Earth, I'd travel from another galaxy to see it. One of the best visuals in Skyrim too.

Yeah getting into the 20's today. A friend sent me a pic from around midnight and she could see it from the third floor balcony of her apartment. I'm gonna peek out myself tonight and see.

I have the huge problem of needing to sleep at night, and can't just skip that cause work. If I had a guaranteed shot or was on vacation I could skip sleep...
I left my blinds sorta open so I could peer at a small part the sky if I woke up in the middle of the night. I think I did wake up for a moment at 3am or something, but didn't see anything
